DHWANI GOYAL
Founder
Our Founder, Dhwani is a grade 12th student currently pursuing the ISC curriculum at Welham Girls' School, Dehradun. She has a keen interest in Art and Economics and wishes to pursue Strategic and Integrated Design for her higher studies. She has been part of innumerable art and design events, competitions, and workshops across the country.
Through extracurricular activities, she expresses her views through both writings and illustrations for various school publications. She heads the Yearbook for her school and also takes great interest in the sports field. She is a part of her school karate team and has represented her state at the national level as well.
She combines her passion for art with her ability to serve society as she hosted a virtual art exhibition to raise funds for Covid relief work. She has actively been a member of numerous social service initiatives such as Project Pustak, GiveIndia, Team Donation, to name a few.
Dhwani believes that her education is incomplete if she is not able to help others benefit from it. Project Asha is a small contribution towards this dream of hers where she wishes to create a platform for learning, sharing and appreciating each other.
MYRA THADANI
Co-founder
Our co-founder, Myra Thadani, is a 12th-grade student at the Welham girls’ school, Dehradun. She has a keen interest in economics and psychology and wishes to pursue them in the future. She is also a talented musician and singer who is a part of her school band and enjoys spending her time in extracurricular activities such as drama. She also holds the position of games captain in her school, being an avid sportsperson, and is a national-level basketball player who has represented her school at various championships.
Myra believes that it is essential to assist someone in need, and we must assure their prosperity and equality in society. She also seeks to spread awareness. Her belief has led her to be crucially involved in various social service initiatives such as GirlUp Delhi, Sapne Sangeet and YouniteUp.
Through Project Asha, she aims to create a network of diverse individuals motivated to share, teach and learn.
